Hi there! I’m Siddiqah....it’s so nice to meet you!
I hold a Master’s in Human Services Counselling – Marriage and Family Therapy and I am a Licensed Rapid Transformational Therapy Practitioner (RTTP). Behind the acronyms, my work is all about helping my clients understand themselves better by providing a gentle, supportive environment for exploration. I love guiding open, inclusive, safe conversations for my clients to unravel the most knotted parts of their experiences.
My approach is highly personalized to each of my client’s needs, goals, and pacing. I genuinely enjoy listening to and connecting with my clients for a collaborative therapeutic experience. I use an integration of evidence-based techniques and tools to bring about transformation and healing, and I truly believe there are many paths to successfully move through self-exploration.
For clients that want to get to the root causes of their wounds and blocks, my background in Rapid Transformational Therapy is a great alternative to talk therapy. My commitment to lifelong learning ensures my clients receive the most appropriate treatment from an academic and research-based perspective.
Ultimately, I am a firm believer that you always know what is best for you. With this in mind, I always encourage clients to trust their instincts as they find the right therapist for their needs. If you’re looking for a trusted ally as you unpack your life experience, the complexities of mental health, and interpersonal relationships, I’d be honored to guide you on your journey.
Every aspect of my practice is guided by my core values: acceptance, compassion, service to others, authenticity, balance, respect, empathy, and integrity.
I’ve found that this judgment-free space often leads to breakthroughs—after all, when we feel truly safe and seen, we’re able to be more honest with ourselves and others.
I offer one-on-one trauma-informed sessions for adolescents, adults and couples.
Individual Therapy sessions are designed exclusively to meet you where you are, understand your experiences and honor your story in a healthy safe space.

Pioneered by Marisa Peer, RTT® is a powerful, hybrid method of therapy rooted in neuroscience. RTT® combines the processes of CBT, Psychotherapy, NLP, Hypnotherapy and Regression Therapy to eliminate and reprogram self-limiting and self-sabotaging patterns of behaviors and beliefs.
The process of RTT® guides the mind to uncover, understand, rewire, and upgrade the self-limiting and sabotaging beliefs ingrained in the subconscious. By targeting the root causes of pain and limitations, RTT® releases us from our unconscious patterns that mentally and behaviorally trap us.
Past experiences, patterns of behaviors, habits, and beliefs plant specific patterns in the subconscious mind. Such patterns influence our lives and the way we relate to the world and loved ones through our attitudes, actions, and reactions. RTT guides us to understand the root cause of the problem – this is where the transformation begins.
P.s – Throughout the session, you will always be aware and in complete control, so no need to worry about sharing information you might not be ready or willing to talk about.
RTT® is particularly useful with issues such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, co-dependency, perfectionism, limiting beliefs around money, sexual problems, self-sabotaging patterns and performance anxiety.
